...true to its Debian roots...
I would like to commend the Libranet development team for creating an excellent GNU/Linux distribution.
-
I have been a 'standard' Debian user for nearly 5 years. I have found Debian to be the most robust, configurable Linux distribution that I have tried.
The configurations that have been added to the base Debian distro by the Libranet developers have streamlined the installation process and created an 'out of the box' system that is fully functional and quite secure. These default configuration settings in conjunction with the admin tools of Libranet have made Libranet/Debia-n a distribution that is friendly enough for a Linux newbie without losing the flexibility and reliability of the base Debian system.
Tha-nk you for creating a distribution that remains true to its Debian roots and yet offers the ease of setup and maintenance that many Mandrake/SuSE/-Caldera users enjoy.
